6. Package Prices
The prices listed for all Package Tours on the Paths of Greece website are indicative retail prices that approximate the final price and include all legal taxes (including VAT where applicable under the special legislation for travel packages). Prospective Travellers are informed of the total price of the Package before submitting their booking request.
The listed prices are valid for the specific Package and dates at the time of their display; however, the availability of individual services (e.g., accommodation, transport) is subject to confirmation during the booking process. The price charged to the Traveller is the final price stated in the written Booking Confirmation sent by Paths of Greece.
Paths of Greece reserves the right to modify the prices of its Packages before the contract is concluded. However, any such modification will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed in writing by us, subject to the specific and limited cases of price revision after the contract conclusion, as explicitly provided in the Booking Conditions and applicable law.
Paths of Greece offers you the option, when submitting your booking request, to choose the type of document you wish to be issued—a retail receipt or an invoice—by filling in the necessary details (e.g., VAT number, Tax Office, Company Name for invoice issuance). The transaction and the conclusion of the package travel contract are considered complete only after the written Booking Confirmation has been sent by Paths of Greece and the agreed deposit and/or full payment has been made on time.
The circumstances and conditions under which Paths of Greece may cancel a confirmed booking are described in detail in the “Cancellations & Changes by Paths of Greece” section. In the event of a cancellation by Paths of Greece in accordance with the stipulated terms, any amounts already collected will be refunded to the Traveller.
7. Inquiry
A Prospective Traveller can express their interest to the company via e-mail, providing the necessary contact details and travel preferences (e.g., desired Package, dates, number of people) in the relevant inquiry form. After submitting the request, the Prospective Traveller will receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of their request from Paths of Greece. Subsequently, subject to availability and after processing the request, we will send a detailed Offer which will include the description of the proposed Package, the total price, the included services, payment methods, and a reference to the full Booking Conditions [LINK TO BOOKING CONDITIONS]. Along with the Offer or before the conclusion of the contract, you will also be provided with the relevant Standard Information Form, in accordance with applicable law.
If the Prospective Traveller accepts the Offer and the Booking Conditions, and upon timely payment of the required deposit (as defined in the Offer and the Booking Conditions), they will receive the final Booking Confirmation via e-mail, which concludes the package travel contract between the Traveller and Paths of Greece.
Paths of Greece is not responsible for any communication problems (e.g., non-receipt of an email due to an incorrect address provided by the user or due to spam filters) nor for any error in the provision of the Package’s travel services which is due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Traveller during the inquiry or booking process.
8. Cancellations and Changes by the Traveller
Cancellation by the Traveller
The Traveller has the right to cancel their booking at any time before the start of the Package by providing written notice to Paths of Greece (via email). 10. Availability of Services
Our offers on services and prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the website and are subject to availability. For more information, please contact our company by phone or e-mail. The non-availability of a service is also indicated on our website. Thus, depending on the services, there are indications of their availability. When the company is unable to provide a service (e.g., due to lack of availability, force majeure), it informs the customer of the situation via e-mail. The customer then has the option to cancel their order or choose an alternative service proposed by our company based on the new information. In any case, no charge will be imposed for such an order cancellation.
