Our partnership with Vector Brands marks a new, exciting chapter in the maintenance and promotion of Greece’s hiking trails, formalizing a relationship of trust and shared vision that has been built over many years.

Vector Brands is not a new ally in our mission. For years, the company has stood by our side, supporting our efforts in the most practical and essential way: by donating specialized tools. As the exclusive distributor of Fiskars in Greece, Vector Brands has equipped our field teams with top-quality clearing and maintenance tools, which have proven invaluable on every mission in the Greek mountains. This tangible support has laid the foundation upon which we now build this official partnership.

The Trail Guardians program is the cornerstone of our strategy for trail sustainability. It is a corporate sponsorship program designed for companies with a strong sense of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that wish to “adopt” a trail and actively contribute to its preservation.

The process is simple and effective:

1. Identification: Paths of Greece identifies hiking trails across the country that are in urgent need of maintenance.

2. Collaboration: We engage with local communities (municipalities, local associations) to ensure seamless cooperation.

3. Implementation: Thanks to the invaluable contribution of our Trail Guardians, such as Vector Brands, we undertake the complete maintenance of the trail (clearing vegetation, signage, minor repairs), making it safe, accessible, and attractive for all hikers.
